Randy is Managing Partner with responsibility for the overall management of the firm. He specializes in real estate and partnerships. He also assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, bank financing and succession planning with a primary focus on medium-sized privately held companies in Southwestern Michigan.
Randy is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants and a former officer or board member of the Institute of Management Accountants and other non-profit organizations.
Randy received his Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy and his Masters of Science in Accountancy from Western Michigan University.
